
Earlier this month, our dedicated Grassports teams from Victoria and Queensland made a notable impression at the Sports and Play Industry Association (SAPIA) National Conference held in Kingscliff, Northern NSW. The annual conference, which celebrated its 24th award competition, is a prestigious event recognizing excellence in the design, construction, surfacing, and installation of sports facilities and playgrounds.
Our Victorian team showcased exceptional talent and expertise, achieving impressive results in several categories:
- 1st Place in Surfacing of Commercial Sports Courts for Beaconhills College Berwick.
- 2nd Place in Construction of Sports Fields for Mount Waverley North Primary School.
- 2nd Place in Multi-Sports Projects for St Kevin’s College.
- 2nd Place in Surfacing of Commercial Sports Courts for Woodleigh School.
- 3rd Place in Surfacing of Commercial Sports Courts for St Joseph’s College Geelong.
- 3rd Place in Multi-Sports Projects for Mentone Grammar School.
Our Queensland team also delivered outstanding performances, bringing home accolades in several key areas:
- 1st Place in Supplementary Projects for Leanyer Water Park, NT.
- 1st Place in Indoor Sports and Projects for Miami State High School
- 1st Place in Landscaping in Synthetic Grass for George’s Pizza and Wine Bar
- 3rd Place in Construction of Domestic Sports courts for a domestic tennis court
